Excellent Location
Great little hotel with an almost private beach. It has it’s own bar/restaurant but also it’s in a great location at walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, other beaches, gift shops, etc) there’s almost no need to go somewhere else and stay in the area. One little issue is a small parking lot but because of all the good things mentioned on top, it’s not a deal breaker and will definen stay again. Thank you Naya, Jerson, Aisha and Wanderlee for a great customer service.

Place was in a great location. Bar and food on site. Short walk from the bigger bars to the noise level was low. Vincent at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He arranged taxi rides where every we needed. Maria in the bar was amazing. Such a nice girl with a beautiful smile. She made the trip very enjoyable.

Very nice location, restaurant - bar staff was great reception not so much After one week at the hotel we ask for a late checkout and Richard at the front desk told me I could get until 2:30 for a $25 extra fee So I booked my morning dive but the next day he told me I had to leave by 12:30 and still charged me $25 and I had to cancel my dive

The staff is amazing and the bartenders are absolutely great. We loved how kind the wait staff was! We had a few minor issues but we have stayed in Roatan dozens of times and know what is worth complaining about and what is not. The view was spectacular and the details they put into this place is amazing. we will absolutely be staying again and cant wait to see it as they continue renovating and making it better and better. oh yah and the pool is AMAZING. built wonderfully and so refreshing while taking in the sunset.

This was possibly the worst hotel check-in experience I have ever had, and I have traveled to over 60 countries in the last 25 years. My flight delayed, not arriving until 10:30pm, and I let the hotel know in advance as I had pre-paid for airport transport. The hotel manager then informed me that the hotel reception closed at 9pm. I was asked to send a photo of my passport and provide my credit card so that they could check me in in advance. I was then given a door code for the room. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, the entry path was a puddle of mud, and I carried my bags up 3 flights of stairs, and when I found the room, the key code did not work. I messaged the hotel manager, and she again provided me with the same code. I told her it didn’t work, and she told me it was the middle of the night and they were closed. I couldn’t go walking alone on the dark muddy road looking for another hotel, especially when I had already paid for this one. I tried the code on the room next door, and it opened…. But then a frightened and angry Chinese man came out because I had opened his room!!! I again texted the hotel manager that she had given me the wrong door code, that this was the code for the room next door. I asked her for the correct code and she just gave me the same door code. I insisted she come, and she again reiterated that they were closed and it was after midnight. She eventually came and gave me a key, never apologizing or admitting she gave me the wrong code.
