We would stay here again
Good: very near the airport, nice pool, decent bar and lunch food, access to the beach is easy (and the front desk gave us towels and vouchers for beach lounge chairs), several excellent restaurants on the beach only 5 minutes away walking, clean and comfortable room.
Bad: the breakfast buffet is horrible and not worth $18; no late checkout (which is inconvenient because many people who stay here have departure flights in late afternoon); the bar across the street is loud until about midnight, with lots of engine-revving by motorcycles
Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Great location! Yes, it's right on main thoroughfare and there is street noise. Pay to upgrade to superior room, problem solved. Still cheaper and closer to beach than some resorts. Rooms were very clean (housekeeping every day.) Beds are comfortable. Showers great! Breakfast 7:30-10am. Front desk abysmal. Convenience store hit or miss with their hours. Overall great stay!

It's the talk of the town, 4 all the wrong reasons
Looks like it was probably amazing when it first opened and then was never updated or maintained since. Landscaping, poolside, rooms, all outdated and almost dilapidated.

Perfect (except during boatfest/carnival)
Before you book, be sure it's not during carvinal/boatfest. We came in on January 12, 2025 and couldn't get asleep until 1am or so.
BUT, the rest of the week was perfect. Even though by the airport, I didn't really notice plane noise while sleeping.

Good place if you’re on a budget.
Room was freezing!! Difficult to change temperature. No Kleenex. No face cloth. Limited charging options for electronics, one in bathroom. No hair conditioner or body lotion. Nice location and pool but probably won’t stay again. Breakfast Buffett was not good. Fruit was the best part.

Good for a short night
Too many broken things. Staff tried to help as much as possible. Place is just old and tired. Worked for us as we only needed one short night before a cruise. I wouldn’t stay longer than that. For the price you expect more than an old Motel6

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Aruba! The property was incredibly clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, with a great restaurant just across the street right on the beach—perfect for enjoying a meal with a view.
The water near the hotel was calm and ideal for swimming, and we also visited Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, which were beautiful, though quite busy. The ocean there is stunning, and we absolutely loved the pink sand—it’s truly unique!
This hotel is perfect for families, and we would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Aruba.

Nice location and clean.
Overall, a lovely place. Clean and staff was nice. Had a two bedroom unit. Two burner hot plate was kind of tight and took a while to heat up and no oven. Biggest issues: no hot water in kitchen and the wifi didn't quite reach the bedrooms (it worked fine in family room). Beach across the street and Reflexions restaurant on the beach was nice and not overly expensive. Running trail nearby but no workout room. I asked for a can opener and bigger coffee maker and they were provided quickly. Individual A/C in each room.
