I really enjoyed my stay at Wanderstay Boutique Hotel. The hotel has a unique vibe with its themed rooms which was both fun and comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and gave me some great tips on where to eat and what to see. The location is fantastic—right in East Downtown, close to lots of cool spots. I loved being able to explore the area without needing to drive everywhere. If you’re looking for a place with character, great service, and a convenient location, Wanderstay is a great choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Houston!

Do your self a favor and book this place. My friends and I wanted a cool, unique place to stay in Houston and this hotel did not disappoint. The lobby is so beautiful and the entire property is so classy and chic. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. The biggest plus here is the location, there are many restiarants and bars nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the entire space was so cozy and warm. I also really love the community kitchen they offer, it made it easy to store food as well. I really loved my stay at this hotel. Check in was very simple and easy and the place is just beautiful! You can tell they really put a lot of thought in this place. The room had everything we needed including Robes and slippers and they even had a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. This is a small but super nice hotel in an interesting part of Houston. We weren’t there long enough to get to know the area but it seems to be trendy while at the same time a bit industrial. No walkable but tons of parking. The room itself was ideal for me and my daughter with basically 2 separate rooms and bathrooms and an adjoining door. The breakfast is just cereal and tea/coffee in a shared kitchen. I’d stay here again.

The Wanderstay is a fantastic place to stay! The area is under going construction but will soon be thriving. We were in town for the TCU vs UH football game. The Metro train was a major plus and I wasn’t even aware of it when I booked. The train is literally around the corner and is so convenient for all Houston sport events! The rooms all have separate themes and the building was once a warehouse! Smart design and beautiful aesthetics inside. Love supporting small business owners, too! Stay there, you won’t regret it!

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying here for a short, but super fun girl’s trip. We loved how much thought was put into the layout and designs of the lobby and entrance, and especially the room. The best word to describe this hotel: CONVENIENT. Everything you could possibly need for even a one night’s stay was ready for you inside the room. As well as labels and instructions for all appliances and gadgets. The lobby was gorgeous (just like the pictures!), and very welcoming. The community kitchen was a new concept, as someone who stays in hotels regularly, but it truly did have anything anyone could ever need from a “home away from home.” The staff was EXCELLENT. They were on point with every question we had, made check-in a breeze, and never forgot to smile! We feel honored to be one of the first guests to stay here. My only remark is fhat I wish there were more of these in Texas (so that I can stay in one everywhere I go ;)!
