Emotionless and unfriendly staff. The bed mattress was god awful, to be honest I’ve felt concrete softer than the bed. Pillows were cheap and barely cushioned. Breakfast was very basic. Did not want to risk it with the yogurts or the meats because those were served room temp without anything keeping them cold. The floor in the room looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned for ages and turned white socks black. The shower pressure is non existant as well and the water temperature jumps between ice cold and boiling hot. And by the way pack your own shower gel since the hotel doesn’t include it. 👍 The location was 10/10 though.
