The concierge staff are so very nice and courteous! I wish all hotel staff are trained to be like them. We arrived around 9pm, easy check in but the original room assigned was not comfortable, assumed previous user(s) smoked in the bathroom, so we brought it up to the concierge and he immediately apologized and switched our rooms. It’s possible the previous user(s) did not see the sign in elevator that indicate “no smoking” in all the rooms. Anyhow, please note that they only set up (1) one large bath towel, one shower mat, 2 hand/feet towels and 2 wash cloths, even if we booked the room with 2 people staying in the room, only one is placed bath towel is placed by cleaning crew each time but thankfully it’s an easy fix by meeting the concierge staff, he gave us a towel when we requested for an extra bath towel. We love the location to the AREX. My husband said that next time we visit South Korea, we will stay at this same hotel.

Muy buena opcion cerca del aeropuerto ICN. Tiene transportacion en ciertos horarios pero de ida tomamos un uber que costó como 10 USD. Tienen alimentos gratuitos 24 horas, estan algo limitados pero te sacan de un apuro. Está caminando del metro lo cual es muy conveniente y está en una zona muy segura y con buenas opciones de restaurantes.
