Great location, not so good service
We stayed here for 5 nights. The service was not very good. Upon checkin I asked for Trolley but they refused because the uber was parked on the back of the hotel (1 extra minute walk) the map gave that direction to the Uber driver so not his fault. The front end employees weren't the most friendliest. When we asked for cleaning, the cleaner didn't clean the washroom he left it more dirty than it was. The location however was AMAZING!

Nice room, convenient location for ladies (entrance 25 is straight ahead) and men. Sister Hindi at the Front desk was helpful. Stuffs are good, and service was fast. Washroom tiles needed some renovation, but that was not a big deal. Beds were comfortable enough. Will stay again.

Here is an improved version of your feedback: --- The hotel's location was satisfactory, but it did not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The room and washroom were dirty upon arrival. Despite multiple requests to the staff, a clean kettle was never provided. The existing kettle was filthy and had gunk in it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be booking here again. ---

First room that was given to us, was dirty, stank of curry the bathroom hose was leaking, compact and small. It isn’t a 3-4 star hotel, if anything it’s a 0 star, food wheelie bin outside in the hotel lobby, with flies every where. Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you call 5-6 times, staff complain when you call them to change or fix an issue. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here at all.
