This hotel is different from other Hampton Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at. The room looks old and smells of cigarette smoke. There was no Wi-Fi connection or TV available throughout our entire stay.

Great place to stay.. the T.V decided not to work on Saturday night it was flashing and the lady at the front desk said give it 20 min call back … called back 20 minutes later and still not working ..the update never finished and flashed the whole night !!! We asked for Room service and unfortunately the staff that took our request dropped the ball...after a long hike to the Sequoia we returned to No Room Service, NO CLEAN LINENS, NO BEDS MADE, NO TRASH REMOVED, NO VACUUMED FLOOR...We spoke to management, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.
