Na Travessa is in a perfect location and easy walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and in impeccable condition. Mariana and Joana were extremely helpful and informative. The breakfasts were delicious.

Delightful little gem!!
From the outset our communication with the property owner was excellent. Mariana went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and to cater for my husband’s dietary requirements. The property is absolutely delightful and is in an excellent location for all the sights that Porto has on offer. It felt like our home
Mariana is running the hotel. She is a amazing host. She herself prepares breakfast which brings us to home. This small hotel is extremely clean, incredible view of Porto, and a small garden of Lemon tree. In the first floor, we were able to read and work in a big table. Mariana and her husband bought an old house and turn it into a lovely hotel. We felt like at home. Thank you Mariana, we already miss you.

A gem of a place
This place is truly a gem. Mariana is amazing and possibly the nicest person i have ever met. She reached out ahead of our stay and arranged a pickup for us at the airport. This made whole process seamless. Her hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Porto (keep in mind Porto has a lot of hills so you will get good cardio workout in). Mariana also served us an amazing breakfast. She was also a wealth of knowledge about the area and offered many recommendations both for site seeing as well as great places to eat. I highly recommend this place and will stay here for sure if I am back in porto.

your home in Porto...
This is a lovely boutique hotel, minutes walk uphill from soa bento rain station. It is hidden in plain sight, and even the police a block away could not find it. Marianne, the owner , is wonderful, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the bed was fabulous. We were walking distance from everything. It is very quiet at night, even though near a busy street.

I liked that this place is not a hotel and has a limited number of rooms. The hostess is the most wonderful person. She wants you to enjoy your stay and will help you anyway she can, within reason, because you should remember this is not a hotel. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

Our host, Mariana, was very welcoming, friendly and attentive and provided information on things to do in the area, even weather updates. Her staff were also lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is ideally situated for getting transport and is within easy walking distance of the river and the historic buildings. Breakfast was beautifully presented in lovely surroundings with great attention to detail. On departure Mariana had even packaged some cake to take with us! We would happily recommend this hotel.
