Horrendous no actual staff keys are left in lock boxes outside and when you phone it takes1hour for the call centre to give you the code whilst standing in cold woth children. The hotel is scruffy the bedding had t been changed and the cups had t been washed. Fire alarm went off and 2.30am no staff so guests had to deal with it as fire brigade didn’t come. Horrendous

Don’t stay trust me it’s safer not to stay

Well we arrived at the hotel and we can only describe it as awful. We booked 2 rooms and the first smelt like animal pee the main light didn’t work and the room was a mess. The second room the electrics didn’t work at all the tv was about hanging odd and the smell wasn’t as bad as the first but was still there. After complaining a so called manager came down who said that the electrics wasn’t working and that he h actually didn’t manage that one at all and that they didn’t have a cleaner they just leave the rooms so how the person before left it would have been how we found it. He then took us somewhere else which we would be the only people in there and it was freezing we couldn’t let our disabled child stay in either of them as it would have made them really sick hotels.com helped us find another hotel that’s was lovely. The next day we nipped back and noticed that the windows were all open now and there was a lady that said she had been asked to go and clean for them but she wasn’t the actual cleaner for there as they don’t have one and also said it smelt really bad when she entered hence why the windows were open. Receive info and email from the hotel itself they said there was nothing wrong with the electrics and that the room was more than adequate to sleep in and that they wouldn’t be helping us with a refund or anything. We have multiple videos and conversations recorded and pictures that will be available on you tube later. Don’t stay here trust me
