The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. Our stay at this resort was a perfect location. It’s located right on the beach, which made it very convenient. The all inclusive package was well worth it. That’s right, considering the price, it’s a good place to visit with kids. However, during this trip, we experienced discrimination from the restaurant staff. They didn’t give us the menu, took our order late, and while serving other tables, they told us to pick up our food without any explanation. Moreover, the food we received was incorrect, and we were overcharged for drinks on the bill. We didn’t use many other services, so I’m not sure about them, but it wasn’t a pleasant trip.

Very good for young families. A little less perfect for my teenage kids since the dining room and pool had so many young children. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good as well, and some of the evening entertainment events were fun to attend and participate, like casino night and a live band. We also enjoyed having the beach closeby.

We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler. Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old.
