It was a great place to stay not too far from downtown. Definitely check out the neighborhood bars and restaurants. Would recommend Il Forno Italian restaurant just a short walk.

Frequent Traveler Highly Satisfied!!
The condo was excellently placed near downtown and insterstates. The area is heavily being redeveloped so you'll find some brand new state of the art buildings and homes like this and some homeless/drug addicts wandering around. The parking lot has a hired security guard, its well lit and theres cameras so we never felt unsafe. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure great and the home was clean, updated, decorated well, and fully stocked for long term stays. Uber was $6 to downtown and $20 coming home. We would stay here again

Avant- Stay 7 was perfect for celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday with friends. It fit 5-6 of us comfortably. The first day there, I messaged about the a/c upstairs and they had maintenance there within the first hour. Uber rides to Broadway were inexpensive and worth it! I would absolutely stay here again.
