Great hotel
I really enjoyed this hotel. room was spacious, beds were comfortable, nice lobby and staff. The hot tub was broken during our stay which was something we were looking forward to. Also, the lighting in the room was bad. No overhead lights in the sleeping area. Despite those two things, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Noisy room + bad seevice
I asked for a quiète and nice room. It was a gift for the berth day of my sister. I even call to make sur she will received a good attention. They gave a room 5 floors looking at a parking and air conditionning. They did not spleen because the room was beside the elevator motor. Ice machine was broken. I travel a lot and if you asked something to a four stars hotel you received a good room. Service at this Hilton is Motel level. I will definitely not recommande this hotel to nobody.

Poor front Desk, Good hotel
Nicolas and Daniel were worst in customer service. Had issue with room and requested for room change. Told me can do next day. Next day they ask me at 8 am vacate the room and sit in lobby. Asked when can you give me another room they replied 3 pm. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. Zero for customer service and customer handing. They both have dented the Hilton Brand with poor customer care.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Nobody was allowed to check in until after exactly 3 pm…fine. The hot tub and steam room did not work, and the hot tub looks great is like it had been broken for a while.

Despite the recent Microsoft hack, I had reserved two rooms at the hotel. When I arrived early at 2:30 pm, the front desk clerk informed me that the rooms weren't ready and asked me to return at 3 pm. Upon my return, the clerk could only find one reserved room, not both. Despite showing the confirmation email to the clerk, he refused to acknowledge it. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me for both rooms. Consequently, my family and I had to make do with a single bed and a sofa bed in one room, and our request for a roll-away mattress took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled. To make matters worse, I found hair in the bed, and the staff was unable to change the sheets. Despite the chaos caused by the Microsoft hack, the hotel's cleanliness and service were subpar, affecting my entire stay and three planned events. As of now, I haven't received a refund for the unused room, which could not confirmed by the hotel staff, and they still charged my card for it. It seems they sold the room to someone else and kept the money. In my view, the hotel's actions amount to theft.

I would stay again given the right deal.
This hotel was fine, the room was pretty good. The pool area could use some extra cleaning and maintenance for sure, the filter on the pool was so full of hair I thought a cat was stuck in there, that was unpleasant. My wife also thought there were too many spiders in the pool area. The front of the hotel is hectic as it has limited space for cars. If I got an amazing deal I would stay there again, it’s a little pricey in my opinion.
