I have never rented or booked a hotel, motel, or BnB with a kitchen that didn't have pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. They have kitchens, but nothing to cook with, so it's useless unless you go buy everything. Who travels with all those things? Also, the top of the extremely old stove was covered in old aluminium foil.
In addition the relative uselessness of the kitchen, the room was not clean. There were hairs on the bathroom lavatory and in the shower/tub. We also found a used toothpick on the carpet.
We bought Lysol wipes and used 15 or more to clean and they were pretty dirty when we finished. The microwave had food particles on the plate, sides and inside top. If you book this property be sure to take everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of cleaning products, and some ear plugs.
