Check-in was fast, easy, and helpful. I needed an extra set of bedding for a kid who wanted to sleep on the couch, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. I liked the St. Patrick's Day decorations they had up in the lobby.
The pool and hot tub area was too heavy on the chlorine--you could feel it in the air and it stung your eyes after a while. The pool water was also very cold, so we didn't stay in long. The handle on the wall shower was broken, so we couldn't rinse off either. There were some towels left around, which demonstrated that the area probably doesn't get checked on by staff very often.
The room was clean, but the A/C took a while to get going at the end of the night and never quite got down to what we set it at. The couch was pretty squeaky, but overall the room was fine.
The breakfast had a great variety of juices, muffins, bagels, powdered eggs, sausage links, cereals, yogurt and granola, and waffles.
Given the issues with the pool area that needed more careful attention, we probably would not stay again, but it was not an overall bad experience. I'd give it closer to a 6/10.
