Great stay!
Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway
We had a brilliant 1 night stay with our kids to enjoy the Christmas festivities in Bournemouth. The hotel is clean with modern decor and the room was well appointed and the bed was really comfy. Our kids especially loved the pool. The hotel is well situated close to the beach and town centre. The car park was on the expensive side so we opted to park in the road which was free. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options and the same can be said for the bar although drinks were quite expensive. This was our second stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it.

The property is in the perfect location, in town and on the beach. Our room was spacious clean/tidy in all respects. All the staff we interacted with....at breakfast, at dinner the lounge/bar as well as on the front desk were amazing. Lovely getaway style hotel, we stayed in a deluxe room which was lovely, clean airy and fresh. The spa was great (the main reason why we chose this hotel) had a very relaxing time, we had an issue at the hotel which was out of their control but Sam on reception swiftly dealt with it, we ate in the restaurant before we left for me the food was over priced and not that great quality however everyone has different taste when it comes to food, but apart from that we will be returning to this hotel…
