Average Hotel with Thin Pillows
The pillows in the rooms were very thin. Two pillows will make your night averagely satisfied. I looked into wardrobes for more pillows but there are none. So i am given two thin pillows to sleep.

Very accommodating when I needed a place to stay after becoming unexpectedly ill. There were very few options available and this place was central enough that my wife could find a pharmacy, etc. nearby.

Paramo
It was a great location close to everything, the only downside was our room was facing a small. Cafe and lots of noise early mornings.

Okay stay
Room was larger than expected. Location was great, minutes from the teatro. However, it is a bit outdated. The window was broken and the last night when it was super windy, the window kept opening in the middle of the night and kept us up. Had a terrible night sleep. The bathroom is also outdated with broken toilet seat. The shower pressure was strong, which was nice.

Good hotel to stay while in Palermo. Location was key, easy to walk to for most sights and dining. Would stay again. Staff was very helpful and the room equipped with all you would need to feel at home. Would recommend.

No chance would I stay again
Awful hotel, it’s dirty, and incredibly noisy early in the morning as the cleaner starts cleaning rooms at 6:45, the air condition doesn't work and when you report anything to reception they pretend to not speak English, then serve someone in English behind you, don’t stay there it’s a dump

A hotel pushing the boundaries of 3 star living
Very clean comfortable rooms with excellent in-room amenities. The hotel staff are quite friendly and the breakfast buffet is very inpressive. It's location near the Teatro Massimo in the old section of the City also makes it very easy to navigate the city.

Decent hotel. Location it’s best attribute. Good value for money - FYI if you come with a car there’s a public parking space 2 minutes away from the hotel which is cheaper than parking at the hotel.

Excellent staff, extremely helpful and pleasant.
Convenient location.
Breakfast cold buffet style.
Unfortunately, not insulated so could hear people talking inside/outside hotel.
No kettle in room which I found very unusual?
Overall, a great stay with lovely staff always available.

The location is very convenient right in the new centre with all the shops and restaurants but just a stone throw from the historic part of the city with all the main attractions . The building is accessed through a pedestrian street which is quiet with a couple of cafes and non busy bars. We booked a superior room and it was rather spacious and lovely. I inspected one of their standard double rooms too and it looked very basic. The staff was kind and helpful. The main down side of this hotel is the reception. The decoration is very poor and not nice at all. I was a bit worried when I walked into it but then my room. I would recommend to improve the communal areas as a priority to improve the client’s experience.

Good hotel in a central location
Location very central, just steps from the main pedestrian artery and a few minutes from piazza Verdi, yet quiet. The room was in good shape, perhaps modernised not that long ago, and clean.
Breakfast was ok, with a few sweet options and cold cuts so more selection than in many places in Italy.
Staff helpful.
Overall a good central option in Palermo if you can get a good price.

Amazing location
The hotel is perfectly located for a day walk around the center and within 10 min walk to great nightlife. Condition of the room could have been better but good overall.

This hotel was excellent value. The breakfast was wonderful! Situated right in the center of the old town it was perfect for restaurants and sightseeing. Driving is another story...nightmare traffic and hard to find with direction apps. Definitely recommend the on-site parking. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and would stay there again.
