TERRIBLE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This is more like a 1 star hotel. Rooms are dark and old. Bathroom is tiny and has black mold on tiles. 4-star hotel did not have a hair dryer!!!!! Rooms are noisy from the street traffic.

NEEDS INFRA-STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT.
PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL NEEDS A MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATION INCLUDING THE ROOMS, LINEN AND AIR CONDITION.

Reception looked promising - shame about the room & staff.
Pulled up outside in the taxi and the facade looked nice, then into a modern, clean reception area with smiling receptionist. Shame she was the exception to the rule and the room didn't match the quality of the downstairs areas. Were taken up by the porter (no choice in the matter since the receptionst gave him the key), corridors were dark then into a room that was a let down. Scuffed and broken furniture, a bathroom with cracked and chipped facilities (including one just about cutting the cistern lid in 2) and dust and dirt in all the corners. It was in dire need of a lick of paint but honestly a good scrub would have been an improvement and would have been able to get some of the stains off the walls. Only one towel was provided so I requested another from reception, and asked if there were better rooms available. Was told all rooms were the same and a towel would be brought up. Had to argue with the maid that there were actually 2 people in the room (on the booking - double room) before she grudgingly handed one over though. Breakfast was non-descript - especially since when we turned up at 9 (guessed since there was no information about times) we weren't exactly welcomed. The food was OK - that and the fact the bed linen was clean were about the only acceptable things in the place. Certainly not what was expected of a 4* hotel at these prices.
