Above the average, Hotel Plaza Diana is our favourite place to stay when visiting our family in Guadalajara. Close to many city attractions, and close to several Shopping malls. Bellmans are always ready to help, lobby staff helping in any necessity, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the lady at the Quesadillas stations made my dream quesadilla come tru, Congratulations Hotel Plaza Diana, we will always come back to you.

The food was amazing and well, that weekend the area was a little smelly. But as soon as I walked into the hotel, it had its own ambiance and beautiful smell. I also loved the pool! The rooms where all black out which I love, I did order room service and the it o my took 15-20 minutes and the food was amazing and good for a very decent prize.

Everything was as expected. I wanted an area to do sport (gym) and a place to relax with warm water (indoor pool) and there were they. Both accurate to the price I paid. Close to the city center, nice area and nice surroundings.

The hotel is clean and the furniture is modern. The room is spacious and the bedding is neat and cozy. The beds are super comfortable with just the right amount of firmness. The shower has good water pressure. The room floor is nice tile, which I prefer to carpeting. I chose the breakfast buffet for my family and it was very good quality. Maybe the only downside was that parking is mandatory valet because they have to arrange the cars to fit in the adjacent lot. But they get your car out pretty quickly. I will definitely stay here
