We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We felt very welcomed and extremely well looked after by all their staff. We arrived early and the check in staff managed to get a room ready for us ahead of schedule which we greatly appreciated. During breakfast we were looked after by Erhan who was very friendly and helpful. Warisha also made us feel very welcome. Great location - highly recommend this hotel

We booked a superior room it wasn't good,bathroom light didn't work,aircon didnt work,the safe locked our stuff in it couldn't open till engineer came the next day,then had to stay in all morning till he turned up,when you book for 3nights its a pain.did get upgraded but went to that room had no soap,shampoo.would like some compensation but don't no were to start.

Located literally 5 mins away from Hagia sophia! so the location is prime. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. They helped with transportation services as well. breakfast was buffet style and they have tons of restaurant options.

Fabulous find in the heart of old Istanbul
The hotel was a little hard to find from the Sultanhamen tram/ metro station but people were very helpful when we asked. When we got to the hotel, the staff were great helping us check in. We had booked a family room and did have to walk out of the hotel and around the corner to get to the room. After a days' traveling I was not impressed, however the room more than made up for it. It was luxurious, large and the kids loved it. There were two single proper beds for the kids, not trundles. They had their own room with tv and we parents had our own room with tv and huge king bed. The hotel is walking distance to Aya Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the various shops. We also walked to the Grand Bazaar which took about 15 minutes. My young son and I had a Turkish massage/ bath and I did find it a little disappointing. However, this is probably only because I am quite familiar with this and that the lady who looked after me was Russian and somehow in Turkey I had expected someone more authentic. We left very early the next morning to do the Gallipoli tour and we told the hotel that we would need breakfast at 6am and would that be a problem because the hotel dining room we noticed was not open until 7am. They said that they would arrange something which I foolishly believed to be room service of some sort. It was not until 6.15 when we actually went to the lobby to ask where breakfast was that they pointed to the dining room. Best to clarify what they mean beforehand I guess.

Hotel bien situé mais bruyant
Hôtel très bien situé si vous souhaitez visiter les attractions majeures d'Istanbul, mais dans une rue passante et bruyante le soir à cause des nombreux bars et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et bon et le service agréable (tant à l'accueil qu'au petit-déjeuner). Le restaurant/bar en rooftop est à faire pour avoir une vue imprenable sur Sainte-Sophie et sur la Mosquée Bleue. Par contre, l'isolation phonique des chambres laisse à désirer, au premier étage nous entendions l'accueil, ainsi que les chambres voisines. Et la rue passante de devant est également un nuisible important le soir. En résumé : hôtel très bien localisé mais à ne pas sélectionner si vous souhaitez du repos le soir après une journée de visites !

Fantastisk flinke og hyggelige personale. Ellers hadde vært greit med litt varierende frokost. Men renovering bør prioriteres i rommene. Badet spesielt er gammelt. Lyd isolasjon er veldig dårlig. Til prisen er det bra hotell.
