Reservations went smoothly at first, staff was responsive. The day we checked in, things took a turn; one of the three rooms was not available until 5:30pm (we called prior to 3:00pm to let them know we're coming), rooms were not cleaned (previous guest had left food in the fridge), sink faucets did not work, rude customer service (front desk were harrassing my kids about confirmations we set 3 days prior, instead of making contact with the number on file). The day of our family event, we opted out of having a private party and front desk informed us that there was another event at the pool (we thought of the other guests who booked for the weekend), much into the party, we got approached by front desk about payment of our additional guests (fees were inconsistent, their reason was "new management" but no manager ever appeared). We had high hopes for this weekend stay and a successful family event especially since our past experience left us satisfied and wanting to plan another. Despite all arrangements we did in advance, we had made 3 stops at the fron desk for questions they had. Customer service was terrible.
