Perfect location for everything I had planned to do while in the city. Quiet room. My first time and quite impressed with the friendly staff, the perks that went with the resort fee, and a lobby area where guests can chill especially after checking out and not being able to leave yet. The staff were all great. Michael, at reception, and the breakfast staff were all exceptional. One bar man ignored us and took a long time to serve us. Only saw him one day. Room lacked storage. Bathroom heater didn't work. Aircon noisy and also random on when it would come on. Limited seating for breakfast but the food was great. Location is perfect and only 2 blocks from Penn Station.

Perfect spot, wonderful service
Voco was perfect for our family stay in NYC. The location is perfect- close to everything but just enough away to not be crazy. They let us check in a couple hours early which was awesome, and there was hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby every night that my kids loved. They kept our bags for free on check out day til we were ready to leave. I wasn’t expecting that to be free- that’s good service. The room was small but clean and all we needed.

The hotel has artificial endocrine disruptive scents diffusing throughout the hotel. Makes your eyes & throat burn & head hurt. I left with a horrific migraine from all the awful smell everywhere! All of our eyes and faces are swollen, just awful!!!
