Well, firstly I’d like to start this off by saying when I booked this hotel it was for my 20th birthday. With that being said, it was ruined. I go to check in and I was greated by a rude hotel worker who told me to “speak up because he couldn’t hear me” then proceeded to not let me check in the room because I had 1 more person than what I put down. When I had realized my mistake of not putting 5 people down when I first booked, I honestly thought that it wouldn’t be a big deal seeing how there’s 2 beds, and we’d be fine sharing. He told us we weren’t allowed to all sleep in the same room according to the health and safety department. I asked to get a refund and he said he couldn’t do it, and that I had to contact you guys to get my money back. When I went on the email you guys sent me to try and refund my money it said I wasn’t able to because it was past the check in time. It was maybe 3:30 around this time, check in was at 3. We had got stuck in major traffic and after going back in fourth with the man working it was past the refund time. When I went back in to try and explain my situation to the man working he wasn’t understanding at all. I told him this was my first time doing something like this and that I don’t have more money to buy another room, he left the counter and did not offer us help at all. All I’m asking is to try and get my money back. My friends had to buy another hotel room somewhere else. My experience was awful.
