Nightmare hotel!!
AWFUL SERVICE! They took 2 days to finally bring the hangers we asked for. The suite had the most disgusting couch ever stains all over so they sent people to cover it with BLANKETS! How tacky is that??! Phone in the room didn’t work, we will never ever stay there. Only good thing was their gym. THAT IS IT. Honestly don’t waste your money.

Jonathon and staff from concierge were great. Very welcoming, friendly and professional. I was immediately upgraded to reflect my traveler program status. No asks were needed on my end - everything was already taken care of (early check-in, welcome refreshments, etc.) resulting in a seamless arrival & stay. Great location, amazing outdoor space/pool and gym - highly rec and will definitely be back when in the downtown Miami area.

Needed Cleaning
We stayed there one night before our cruise and for one night after our cruise. The first night was perfect. Our room was great, and they treated us extra special. The second night we were put in a smaller room which was okay because we checked in early. However, there was a washcloth in the bathroom that had been used, and there was someone's trash in the bathroom trashcan. I notified the front desk. They brought towels in and left them on the kitchen table but never went into the bathroom. The trash was still there, and when I took a shower that night, there was someone's hair on the shower wall. They insisted that there was not enough staff to come back and clean our room.

Loved everything except for parking instructions.
Perfect hotel except for parking as it wasn’t clear where to park. Parking garage was there but it seemed to be for permanent residence. Once we figured out that we were to use valet, it went well. Maybe this should be explained somewhere before arrival. Otherwise we would definitely stay again. Clean, friendly and very close to the Port!
