Beautiful hotel in a good location if you are taking a cruise from Miami. However the hotel has a total lack of customer service from the front desk, I booked a room for four people with a sofa bed. At night, I had to call three times to have pillows and bed linens send to the room. After an hour they delivered me 1 pillow and a sheet, they did not even offered to make the sofa bed. Moreover, we got a bad smelling room with a broken toilet seat. The bell boys, however, were amiable. If you have a VIP hotel guest status with Expedia of Hotels they do not honor any of the perks they supposedly give to you.
