Great stay
Good central location opposite the National Theatre. Great value for money with a well appointed room. The staff were all extremely friendly, really going out of their way to be helpful. Lots of little freebies like cake and biscuits in the lounge area with free nespresso and tea. Chocolates in the room too.

Smaller hotel in a PERFECT location for visiting Lisbon as a tourist. Great staff, very clean, interesting decor and a nice breakfast. The room was small - especially the bathroom. Some street noise but not a problem for us. We would stay here again.

Cute boutique
The hotel is very cute and close to the Rossio metro. They offer snacks in the lobby to welcome you and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is the hotel room door is a bit thin so we could hear people in the hallway and a bit from outside even with all the windows closed. Bring ear plugs for a noiseless sleep. Other than that, it was a good stay before heading home.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay here for a week. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the area was so easily accessible, both for walking and getting the buses and metro! The daily breakfast was delicious and the afternoon refreshments were especially welcoming after a long day of exploring the city. Yes, there are people that loiter outside, but I never encountered an issue as they never interacted with me. If I come to Lisbon again, I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfasts were both nutritious and delicious—a perfect start to a day of exploring Lisbon. Despite being in a bustling central area, the soundproof windows and rooms provided remarkable tranquility, though you can easily let in the lively buzz of Lisbon by opening the window. With plenty of shopping and dining options just 2 to 10 minutes away, this place truly lives up to its motto: “Feels like home.” We also got a kick out of the elevator’s weight-measuring feature—a fun way to track how much we enjoyed Portuguese food and shopping each day!
