It was a really nice spot, especially for the price. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths is great. Decent area for getting to all the things but not right next to anything. Quiet enough at night, especially considering how busy the streets were.
Cons: we weren’t able to get into our room until 3:40 which was super annoying. The space really didn’t feel very clean. We ended up washing the sheets because there were hairs on them. There was also a giant glob of pink hair in the bathroom, the sinks didn’t drain well and there were sequins found throughout.
The listing also said there was AC in the unit. They had little tiny swamp coolers that really didn’t do much and had a super loud beep in the middle of the night when they ran out of water. We ended up opening the windows at night because it was so cool outside and the swamp coolers just weren’t cutting it. I figured being on the 10th floor it would be fine, but there is a park on the 7th, so we woke up covered in mosquito bites.
Weirdest part was them begging for a 5-star review upon checkout, saying 4 stars makes their jobs harder. In my world, you get what you earn. They did not earn 5 stars.
