I appreciated the location and rental bikes that were available on this property. The room was clean, well arranged and comfortable.
Usually in hotels, there are coffee makers or kettles for tea, this property didn't supply either. There was coffee in the restaurant if one wanted.
The room did come with a flat-screen TV, but it was only 18" big, which is substandard compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
I mentioned to the staff that it was our anniversary. In most hotels, there's an offer of upgrade, breakfast, champagne, deals or something. Instead I was instructed that in Munich, nothing's free.
All that aside, I did enjoy the room and especially the bike rentals which are a huge bonus, even if they are a bit costly.
I would recommend this property to friends, but I would warn them that at this hotel, only cash is king, not the customer.
