This is just a small hotel but the staff were really friendly and it felt as though they had a lot of pride in the hotel. It was clean, with a good shower and toilet. This hotel was absolutely perfect for me and my daughter's stay. We had a beautiful warm twin room which was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so convenient to train stations which have you in the center of London in no time. I would definitely stay here in this hotel again.
