This property has an amazing rooftop patio with views of Naples and Vesuvius! It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, near famous pizza restaurants. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Be aware that there's a very small fee to ride the elevator, so have some Euros ready. Change is available from the doorman. (10 cent fee)

Pros….great price, good air conditioning, only 10 minute walk from the train station, comfortable bed, nice outdoor deck, close to a Metro station and good communication. Cons….some of the rooms require you to share a bathroom, mold in shower, it’s on the 6th floor and if you want to use the elevator it requires 10 cents each way, we could hear street noise at night, not allowed to use kitchen.

Perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle
It was a lovely stay in a great location - easy to get to everywhere and right by a metro station and a taxi rank. The balcony was phenomenal. It's not a B&B as there's no breakfast in morning and you cannot use the kitchen but it's no big deal as there's lots of reasonable cafes and bars nearby. I also highly recommend you visit Alessandro at the wine bar downstairs. Wine is phenomenal. Don't forget to grab some 10 cent pieces for the lift for weekdays!

Loved our stay here - the room was very spacious and we really enjoyed having access to the rooftop courtyard to relax in. Location is fantastic for access to transport, and just near the famous L'Antica Da Michelle Pizzeria. Walkable to the main streets, train station and port. Cleanliness was most important to me and it was great. room was perfect for what we needed, just a queen bed (comfortable) and a bathroom that walked right out to a pretty rooftop. Plenty of space in the room for two. No daily cleaning service but that was fine for the two night stay. Was quiet and peaceful with very few people. I felt extremely safe. We left our bags there while we toured the city. Owner didn’t speak much English but had someone there to help check us in and accommodate our language. Very good experience and would highly recommend.

Tucked away in the center of Napoli
This is a beautiful spot right in the heart of Napoli. Easy access to all the hot destinations, 10 minutes from the central station with access to all trains. A 4-minute walk to the nearest Metro spot and of course, right across the street from Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. It was spotless and quite quiet considering the busy traffic around the location.

A throughly delightful place to stay. Outstanding views of the city, the owners were very kind and courteous and the location is excellent for visiting the key parts of the city. Pleasant and unique, and for a decent price
My room was the single, separate one. This is a pleasant little room with an airy terrace right outside of it. To get to the room, you enter the main apartment from the stairs or elevator, walk through it, then outside onto the terrace. The facilities are new and clean. It is indeed a hotel room (as advertised) and not a full apartment. Hostess/owner was communicative and helpful. Would recommend. Pro tip: bring 10 cent coins for the elevator.

Enkelt, trivelig og økonomisk.
Oppholdet var bra og som forventet. Badet som ble delt med et annet rom, var alltid rent, nyvasket og delikat. Rommet vårt ble ikke rørt og det oppfattet vi som positivt. Terrassen var stor og innbydende med fin utsikt over byen, Napolibukten og Capri. Trappene til 7. etasje kan være tunge for noen, men pass på å ha 10 cents tilgjengelig til heisen!
