We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It isn’t British 5* standard but the location is wonderful. There could be more varied cuisines for the all inclusive food options, however breakfast was my favourite meal. The pancakes and omelettes are very tasty. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. A huge thank you to Mustafa, Omer and Ana who were exceptional in their service.

Food was awful very low quality. Dj was bad and music choice always loud, no time for relaxation. Staffs were nice and friendly. Beach area were poor and not enough sun umbrella.

The staffs were fantastic, despite language difference they accommodated all requests with smiles. Farouk, Furkan and Omer were exceptional. The cleaning staffs were good and very friendly and all cleaning complaints were promptly dealt with. Very good value.

Pretty good overall. Had a couple minor issues with my room like dodgy electricity and no hot water but once reported, got fixed relatively quickly. Only major issue was the lack of variety of food. We didn't go for that long and the food was mostly the same and for and all inclusive hotel it should be better than that. Having to rush to get a table to eat at and finding sun loungers was another issue, there wasnt enough and they didnt want to add anymore. The lack of gym was very dissapointing as it said online they would have one but it wasnt ready apparently. Everything else was pretty good tho and the area itself was very nice as well the service and organisation in the hotel.

Es gibt viele Verbesserungspunkte, an dem das Hotel dringend Arbeiten muss. Es müssen motivierende und einige Personalen eingestellt werden, damit das alles reibungsloser abläuft. Es kann nicht sein das bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel nichts serviert wird. Das Fitnessbereich hatte gar nicht offen. Alacart war genauso nicht vorhanden. Die Klos sollten dringend renoviert werden.

Otel yenilenmis ama personel yetersizdi cok musteri vardı kuyruklar ve kalabalik hic bitmedi Yemek kuyrukları vb icin tedbir alınmadı. Dedeman adıyla otel rezervasyonu yapan çoktu. Keske bu sene alelacele acmasalarmış oteli. Personel uzun saatler çalışıyor. Bir gun calisan öbür gün yok. Bircok yerdeki personel problemlere kendilerince çözüm bularak yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel ultra herşey dahil ama minibara ilk gun su konuyor sonrası yok. Bur iki kisi ortada kosturup kendini parçalıyor ama hicbir kalite oltelde yemeklere bikini ile gelinmez. Mutfak personeli ve kat hizmetleri personeline teşekkür ederim.. Havuzları temiz değil, her gün servis le plaj a gittik. Oda yan beach ten kiralanmış alan çalışanlar gayet gayretli. Teşekkür ederim.. Plajda yer bulmak için baya uğraşmak ve havlu toplamak gerekiyordu. Zaten deniz de olmasa oteli terk ederdik.. Otel ortam ve personel olarak yeterli olduğunda açılsaymış çok daha iyi olurmuş diye düşünüyorum..
