The hotel was very welcoming. Modern facilities, including air conditioning. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and included in price. We had a corner room on 5th floor for 5 nights. It had two small balconies, one with a small table and two chairs, which was nice. It is on a small street that is a hill. There is a supermarket as well as a convenience close by. Walkable to many of the major sites. I would stay there again.

5 Star Customer Service + Great Location
Hotel Customer Service 5 STAR! Excellent hospitality and coordination. They contacted me right away and helped to coordinate my transport from the Airport directly to the hotel SEAMLESSLY. The front desk were SO helpful and spoke GREAT english. They recommended restaurants and shopping and were amazing and kind. The staff helped with our bags, offereed to make us tea and coffee every time we entereed and were amazing. The location is brilliant with close proximity to everything. The rooms were very clean and seemed to be fairly new. The rooms are a tad small and so were the bathrooms, and you do not get any frills in the way of a disposable razor or toothbrush in the event you forget them. Also there is only 1 bottle of liquid soap/body wash/shampoo - I'm not a big fan of these 1 liquid for all, but it worked I suppose.

Girls trip to Istanbul
The hotel suite at Omiya Hotel was incredibly comfortable, with a balcony offering stunning views of the city and the Mediterranean sea. The room was immaculately clean, with a refreshing shower and crisp, fresh towels. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, with Kurban in particular providing excellent recommendations for exploring the city. Every time we returned to the hotel, Kurban would offer us chai, which was always a delightful treat. I highly recommend Omiya Hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Turkey. I will definitely book a room here again on my next visit.

Omiya Hotel is a newly renovated property located comfortably in Sultanahmed. The renovation has been meticulous, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. At the check-in, we were greeted warmly by Kurban, who showed us two rooms they had available for us to choose from - a nice gesture of being given options. We were a party of 5 in two groups, and when the second group arrived early the next morning, they were allowed an early check-in, and on top of that, were offered to use the free breakfast on that same day. I believe the Omiya did their absolute best to accommodate for our needs - and beyond - at check in.

Het hotel is op loopafstand van meerdere van de bezienswaardigheden die je als toerist wil bezoeken! Tevens is de tram op loopafstand van het hotel die je naar alle verder gelegen plekken brengt, met en zonder overstappen op een andere tram of metro. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tevens is er een ruime en zeer smakelijke keuze tijdens het ontbijt! Voor herhaling vatbaar.
