The room, food, environment, services everything are excellent. The air-con is a bit too cold and can’t adjust the wind direction. If the onsen can provide shuttle or traffic’s services will be perfect. Excellent service.

酒店優雅氣質是有的，空間感相當足夠，但走進房間會發現枱面及沙發都有灰塵，兩張床推一推或坐下來就會左右走動；另外洗手間電視沒有安裝上，它擺放位置更擋著電制插位，真不可思議。早晚餐一般。 酒店內的花園沒有人打理，雜草叢生，蜘蛛網掛滿樹枝上，枯葉處處可見，整體質素與奈良的氣氛背道而馳。
