Do NOT stay here! Old and Musty!
I booked this villa for 3 days, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. First, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for assistance, which was very frustrating. The villa itself was nothing like the pictures shown on the app. It was old, musty, and in poor condition. There was missing TV, couldn’t hang clothes in one of the closets and the overall environment was decrepit and unwelcoming. The lack of upkeep and misrepresentation made it impossible to stay. I ran and dropped of the keys in there night box only stay for an hour! I would not recommend this property to anyone. Not even for a minute!

Wonderful Stay
Perfect place to stay! Brought the kids to Texas for fall break and Sweetwater was perfect. The pool was clean and well cared for. Water pressure in shower was great. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Loved the property!
We enjoyed staying, the gated community. There was very nice. We walked a lot around there. There was golf for people who wanted to golf. Also we ate at the clubhouse they had coffee in the morning. We had a coffee pot in our unit, but no coffee the first morning, so walked over to the clubhouse and she gave us coffee for free. We also ate dinner in the country club restaurant. It was excellent I would highly recommend it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I cannot not even put into words, but I'll try, how happy my family was w this property. We, family of 5, spent many weeks on and off throughout the summer into winter. We felt right at home here, but also felt very on vacation, and believe me, stayed in a lot of crappy places that were supposed to be "Vacation Like" HA! From sunrise to sunset, and those are some of the most breathtaking I have ever seen. Whether you have kids or none, us 3, plenty to keep them busy. If your into Golf, beautifully manicured course(S) and clubhouse, Tennis, 16 courts, indoor and out. Tennis or pickle ball? You can do both here. Work out? Swim? Or just hit some golf balls into the water?nothing? Of course you can just relax and chill. It's here. Stay here and you are part of this, very safe, gate guarded, security patrolled 24/7, community. The staff is just the best!! From the Manager to the maint. guys. All I can say, book here now!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! Future(longtime) loyal customer of Sweet Water @ Lake Conroe
