Close to the Arc de Triomphe
The hotel is nice and modern and not far from the main tourist attractions of Paris. It was clean and spacious. Only negative was there didn't seem to be any hot water.

Great hotel. Just disappointed the elevator wasn’t working on the last day so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights. We had asked to book a taxi for us and they said it would be around 35-40 euro but the driver ended up charging us close to 70.

One night in Paris!
Our stay at Hotel Charlamagne was extremely pleasant. We were there for a night but we were catered to very well. We arrived way later than the check in time and the staff were professional and welcoming. As we were with a baby, we asked for a baby cot in advance and it was given to us with no issue. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff were polite and very helpful. Needed to keep our buggy safe and they did so again without issue. I would say the lift was quite small but it was working so thats a win. Overall a great stay and in a very central location.

Chambres Ok, relation client déplorable
Les chambres sont petites mais propres modernes et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est basique. Le rapport qualité prix est mauvais car il est à 14€. Le point négatif pour lequel je n'y retournerai pas est l'absence totale de souplesse sous prétexte du respect des procédures internes. Ex: pas le droit à ma femme d'accéder à la chambre avant moi car je n'étais pas présent pour payer (j'arrivais 2 h plus tard) alors que j'ai proposé de payer par téléphone, et que l'hotel a pris une caution en amont du montant du séjour et que 3 jours avant nous avions appelé pour prévenir et que l'on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. A priori la personne qui nous a répondu au téléphone ne connaissait pas les procédures. C'est le premier hotel qui fait preuve d'une telle rigidité.
