Property has a beautiful garden and picnic area. View from our room balcony was a great picture of Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good (free!) and staff attentive and informative. Hotel is decorated with beautiful period photos and antiques.

Great hotel, very family orientated. Amazing views from the rooms, which were warm and comfortable. Only downside was not a lot odlf parking, but the hotel provide bus passes to get to and from the bars/restaurants and all the tourist hotspots.

I opened the door while I had to put my towel on, she said alarm went off and open the windows so alarm stops, that to me doesn't worth the money I spent.
