We had a terrible experience at the property, we were asked by the staff to be in two different rooms on two days so we had to waste time packing our suitcases each day. Our suitcases were moved to an open room which didn't have air-conditioning and despite our complaints and requests no resolution was provided. Worst experience and ruined our Florence vacation.

The centre of town is walkable in 15 mins and the bus and train stations are a 10 mins walk away. The decor and shower are slightly outdated, but the property is clean. The BIG problem came when we were given the wrong information (incorrect entry code) to the front door. It was VERY late at night and we were standing outside the property for at least 45 mins trying to get in touch with someone to help us. In the end it wasn't even the person in charge of the hotel who helped, but the bookings manager. We never received an apology.

Needs signage inside. I had the worst room, near elevator, air conditioning and right off lobby. Beautiful shuttered windows opened to mini patio with brooms, ladders, hose, etc. Mid night mini fridge began making loud noise and had to find and unplug. Room itself nice. Very pleased with the fantastic services! The location is very close to the centre centre - about 10/15 minutes walking distance. We had a large, clean & very comfortable room. The hotel is just a bit outside of the ZTL zone, so it was also quite easy to find a parking space. Highly recommend and would book it again in the future. Thanks again to the great host.
