We had a double room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street. Bustling during the day, quiet at night. Room was lovely, breakfast was ample and tasty. Note that dining space is limited, and you need to pick a breakfast time in advance. We always got the time we wanted, but at busier times of year this might be an issue.
Checkin and any queries were dealt with by WhatsApp messages to reception at FLH Suites (just up the street) and they were really quick and helpful with responses. Yes, the bathroom was small, but shower was a reasonable size; the main problem with it was the small sink that was in a tight corner.
Note that everything is on the first floor or above, so not easily accessible for people with mobility issues.
Hotel is within easy walking distance of many tourist spots and very close to metro station. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.
