Mala experiencia
El hotel es nuevo y está bonito con una muy buena ubicación de la Ciudad, tuvimos algunos problemas con los cargos a la tarjeta de crédito. Además las tarjetas de la habitación se desactivaban y estuvimos bajando al Lobby a que nos las volvieran a activar. La comida no está rica y aparte el buffet estaba frío.

"Gato por liebre"...caro y malo.
Desde la llegada, no hay bellboy, no existe señalización correcta para acceder al Loby, el cual no está al nivel de la llegada de autos. La habitación muy pequeña, la de un Holiday Inn o un Fiesta Inn son más amplias y cómodas. El espacio para el WC de proporciones ínfimas (como WC de avión), la regadera con un piso sumamente resbaloso y pequeña. En suma, pagas el costo de un Quinta Real y te dan un cuarto de un hotelucho barato.

No me respetaron la tarifa de expedía me cobraron extra una cantidad exagerada “por el tipo de cambio” aunque la reservación la había realizado el mismo día y el tipo de cambio del día no coincide con el monto que me cobraron.
