This place was absolutely beautiful. It’s romantic, secluded, clean, tranquil, peaceful, and just flat out perfect for what I was looking for. The last bit of the trip to get there, the road was a bit torn up from construction but once you walk inside your just in awe. Staff was amazing and friendly, property is so well taken care of I felt like I was little oasis.

The resort is perfect for a romantic, quiet getaway, which is exactly what I was looking for. Our penthouse suite was simply stunning..three floors of lux living & very private. Rubi Tulum was everything and more than I could imagine. The road leading up to the resort was a little iffy but when I arrived I was in love. Rubi looks exactly like the videos and photos but so much better in person. The staff was extremely helpful and on call for all our needs. Everything was truly perfect for my 36th birthday.

Rubi is a complete oasis in the middle of the jungle. The staff, especially Diego were unbelievable. By far one of the best trips we have ever taken. There is construction in the area which is to be expected in Tulum however the shelter of the hotel, rich natural habitat and complete vibe still take you away to paradise. Strongly recommend this property.
