The location is horrible. People roaming around and being loud at all hours of the night. Due to the lateness of when my family arrived, we decided to have food ordered in. When my husband and son went downstairs to meet the delivery person, they witnessed people sitting right outside the door using substantial unlawful substances. We definitely didn’t feel safe there.
The room was decently clean, but there was something in there that caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. My eyes swelled up, I couldn’t breathe out my nose, and my throat started obstructing. I was fine until we started messing with the ac unit, so we believe there may have been mold in the filter possibly.
I’ve sent two messages through hotels.com for the property managers. I’ve also made numerous calls and have spoken every time to Ricardo who keeps saying he’ll get back with me the same day, but I never hear back from anybody. I’m asking for a refund for my stay. We spent one night out of the week that was originally booked. I don’t think that asking for a refund for the unused days is too much to ask for all things considered.
