Friendly & Welcoming Hotel
Amazing check in service. My daughter and I were traveling and arrived late, tired and hungry. The front desk was friendly and offered food suggestions. The hotel is clean, well lit and very close to Coastal Carolina University. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food and the staff was friendly, welcoming and on top of making sure the stations were clean and stocked.

The only issue I had was checking in. Tge staff would not address me for over 10 minutes trying to check in. One person was helping someone the other may have been closing her drwaer but the only person the greeted me was the customer checking in. I did address this to the front desk the next morning. The bartender was great and the restaurant staff was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.

I really like this hotel but I would like to complain about the racist attitude of the hotel staff towards me because I am Asian. I know my English is not good but I do not think the hotel staff has the right to shout at me. I hope that the hotel will take action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect. Pleasantly surprised!
Took my son back to Coastal Carolina Univ for his 2nd year. Hotel is right across the highway which made things much easier. The staff was very polite. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was well attended and the food was good.

Location & Breakfast was good
Tammy greeted us at the front desk, no smile, was complaining to other worker about the girls who wanted to use the gym. She asked for my license she said & I quote “I guess there’s no colleges in your state your kids can go to!” I said wow yes there’s plenty. Guess she wasn’t happy that Coastal had their freshman orientation. Needless to say, she has no hospitality to work being in the hotel, public business. Someone needs more training especially working at a hotel across from CC. Good breakfast, food worker/mgr from (Boston originally) helped us use the waffle machine. Great location especially for CC
