Great hotel, and great location
I only stayed for a quick night visit. The hotel is fairly new. There is still some minor work going on, but it did not interfere in any way with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The room was spacious, well furnished, quiet and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. They offered a lot of toiletry items. The pool area was very nice. The location was terrific. Literally a two minute walk from Tumon Restaurant and entertainment area and an easy 10 minute or so walk to the beach.

It was a good and comfortable one night stay. The hotel is still under construction however the friendly staff made up for it. Good location near the ocean and relatively close to Guam’s main airport

Although the facility felt old, it was renovated and very beautiful! The response of all the staff was also pleasant. There was no bathtub and only a shower, but the water temperature and water pressure were perfect. I couldn't see the sea, but it was close to the beach and I could go for a walk. It's good to have a shower and a bed for accommodation! I would definitely recommend it to those who think so.

Difficult night
The property was fine for the price and had a shuttle to the airport. We had a long layover in Guam, checked in around 11 pm and checked out at 5 am. After midnight, the smoke alarm began beeping at random times so it was difficult to sleep. It was too late and inconvenient to try to get it fixed since we were leaving in a few hours and needed to get much sleep as possible. So we had to just endure as best we could. Very difficult and annoying.
