Very small rooms. No air conditioning. Didn’t feel clean. I was glad it was was only for one night. It felt more like a hostel tbh.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room size was way smaller than expected. Looks much bigger in the online photos. Bathroom size was a challenge with nowhere to set anything down such as toiletries or change of cloths.- no shelves, hooks, or even toilet seat lid. Bathroom floor gets very wet from shower and shower stall is VERY small. Also no A/C so could be uncomfortable in hotter weather but we did ok with the fan provided. It served its purpose and we still enjoyed our stay.

Great location, quiet. Compact but comfortable, small shower. Staff was very helpful both before our stay with some reservation changes, and during our stay. The coffee maker in the lobby is industrial grade, haha. Thanks

Staff was very nice and helpful but room and bathroom especially , not clean as it should be, no valet parking but it’s possible to find parking along the canal if you are lucky. Room and bathroom is small but that was expected .Driving around Amsterdam turned out to be the worst part, bikes from every direction driving around you, thanks god no accidents)

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The property itself is not fancy compared to other hotels, but it was conveniently located in a great location in front of the canal. There were so many food and shopping options close by that it made the trip very enjoyable and easy to navigate! If you’re looking for a clean and safe place to store your things and put your head down at the end of the night, then I highly recommend Mozart. You’ll wanna be outside for most of your stay anyways. Ignore the aesthetic of the place and focus on the convenience.

Refuses to refund money after fathers death
My father passed away and I had to cancel my trip to plan the funeral and burial services. I asked very nicely on three occasions via email for some type of refund just out of kindness. While the hotel staff responded and told me hotel management had to make the decision, I never heard one thing, yes or no, on my request. To make it worse, the hotel used my email requesting a refund to email me day of my booking asking when I will arrive. Very insensitive. I did not cancel my reservation because I think it’s absurd for a hotel to be able to collect my money and then rebook a very busy, popular hotel and make twice the money on a single room. I do NOT recommend this hotel as they showed an utter lack of compassion and empathy towards my situation.

Great little room for an amazing stay
The room was very small but comfortable with a nice bathroom, twin bed and a tv. It was in the basement so no view but that’s ok. I spent all day outside anyway. Tge location is amazing! The staff was amazing; welcoming and helpful. Best free coffee around :) thank you!

I liked that I could get a single room with a private bath, for a reasonable price. I liked the elevator. I liked being on the Prinsengracht Canal, near Leidseplein and all the tourist restaurants, and availability to trolleys, and the metro was about 4 blocks away, for easy access to the Center.

I was in a single room, which was tiny and had only a small window and a view if rooftops, which wasn’t terrible. The sun came in afternoons. What I liked was the very nice attached bathroom. For the price it was a very good deal, being on the Prinsengracht Canal and so close to many restaurants.
