The staff was so unfriendly. We arrived 20mins before the check in time. We couldn’t find any reception and the door was locked, passcode was not activated. So we knocked the door, a staff came with so angry face because we arrived too early and knocked the door.
We stayed at 5th floor, but the lift was broken, so we had to walk upstairs all day in 33 degree weather. There is no even air conditioner in the room. Sunlight was boiling directly the room through the windows, it was too hot and inconvenient to stay. If I knew that the lift did not work, I would not book it. The hotel left a message ‘sorry for inconvenience’, of course ‘text’ is the cheapest way they can do. There should be other reimbursement for this uncomfort.
The balcony is connected to the other room, so you are exposed to risks, encountering other guest can come into your room through the balcony.
