Truly wonderful experience! The most customer oriented property I’ve ever stayed at. We were made to feel like family immediately. The location is exactly what we were looking for at a traditional riad in the central city deep into the markets and souks. Calm and Comfort in Marrakesh
We loved this Riad as it was comfortable and quiet with wonderful hosts. Each morning we enjoyed a wonderful Moroccan breakfast, which we chose to eat on the lovely rooftop terrace. The entire staff was extremely helpful and made our stay a real joy. We highly recommend this Riad if you are planning to stay in the Medina.

The riad is in a great location in the Medina of Marrakech. It It is a very nice building from 1600 very clean, well maintained and with a typical decoration. All the people were extremely kind with me during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks a lot!!

Amazing stay in Riad Al Mamoune. A warm welcome with tea early in the morning. It truly felt like a safe home under the care of Abdul. We had to leave early in the morning a few times and he made sure we had an early breakfast ready for us. Abdul even helped us find some great souvenirs in the souks at affordable prizes. The location is perfect, and Abdul made sure on our first day to direct us so we wouldn’t get lost. We loved our room. It was beautiful and spacious, though be ready for the light to be dimmed. 5/5, would go again!

Great unique hotel in the middle of the souk. The decoration inside was very authentic and the room was very comfortable. Nice breakfast in the main courtyard or on the terrace. Asad was in contact with directions and advice for getting to the hotel and negotiating the locals in the market. This may be the best place to stay in Marrakesh. It is in the heart of the Medina. A traditional building that is very welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make your stay hassle free. They arrange a pickup and drop off to and from the airport (at a very reasonable cost), and help you plan your activities (if you want). Good breakfast (included). The Riad takes you back hundreds of years.

Fabulous little Riad, in the middle of Medina. Asad and his family were so attentive, arranging a taxi and then walking us through the Souk to find the accommodation. Breakfast was delicious and more than you could eat!

From the day I arrived to the day I left, Asad and Abdul made me feel like I am part of their family rather than a guest. And that made my trip more memorable more than anything else. Location was great. You are basically in the middle of the of Medina yet still have the quietness and privacy that is needed after a full day of market and tours. Character and Charm
I had a great stay at the Riad. It is absolutely beautiful with tremendous character. The staff was really great. I received fantastic customer service after my misunderstanding the booking rules. I would not recommend staying out very late. The Riad is tucked away inside the Souk and the walk is dark, deserted and ominous very late at night. I felt safe however walking to the Riad during the day while there is lots of activity in the Souk.

While in Marrakech you want the authentic feel by staying in a Riad. This is clean, cozy and the staff is fantastic. Asad gave us highlights of Morocco and what to see and Abdul went out of his way multiple times (getting up early to make breakfast, walking us to tour meeting etc). The only thing is the location is deep in the shopping area so it’s crowded getting there but the Riad is on a quiet street.
