Recommend for city break
Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower\bathroom. Double bed and settee in room, convenient location. No tea add coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice. Free drinking water machine in Reception. All in all would recommend for a city break

Nice rooms and location.
Nice location, but cockroaches climbing out of gap in bathroom door frame are concerning. When reported to the hotel night agent they insisted on coming into my room at 2 am which I denied as I am traveling with my baby. Where there is one cockroach there will be hundreds. Unfortunately could barely sleep after this stressful experience.

We stayed on the 4th floor which was really warm and unable to use the AC unit in the room. Reception stated it was due to it being Spring time and it was controlled by the hotel property. It was over 70 degrees outside. I’ve never stayed anywhere especially at a hotel where the hotel property controlled the AC unit. The room was extremely small. The staff was friendly and hotel is centrally located near Las Ramblas.

2 hrs of hell
We checked out 2 hrs after we'd check in. Where to start! No hot water, an annoying ringing constantly. Sofa damaged. Terrace balcony looked nothing like the pictures was awful. Electrics hanging out everywhere. We check going down to the receptionist who was uninterested, too busy on personal facetimes Only when we came down with luggage and asked to check out did she say do you want an upgrade 😂 no thanks we'd already booked a superior double.

The property was under construction I didn’t know about that, they didn’t have the courtesy to sent a warning or an email with those details my daughter have asma and well I did have to deal with that, also the a/c was not available for me to control, the heater was extremely hot I did have to turn it off and open the window!!! The location is amazingly beautiful walking distance to a lot of nice places and shops!!!
