Everything was good , just a parking space, the hotel doesn't have a private space for Parking, so i had to park on the sreeet, so of course i little concern about my car sence the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft, besides that like a said Everything was great..

The overall experience was disappointing. To begin with, there was no hot water for several days. Even though it was hot and humid in Mexico City, a hot shower should have been a basic expectation. The power outage made things worse by shutting down the elevator. Being stuck on the 5th floor, combined with the city’s altitude, was far from pleasant. The room lacked A/C, forcing us to sleep with the sliding door open. Unfortunately, people were smoking on the terrace and stomping above us until 1 a.m., which aggravated my allergies. We reported all of this to the staff, but nothing was done to address the issues.

Bastante bueno pero dos problemas
El lugar es bueno, social, bastante bien cuidado, cómodo, con muchas amenidades y la localización está excelente, colonia segura. Pero, tuvimos dos problemas, unos vecinos estaban haciendo MUCHO ruido y se escucha TODO, entonces no queremos imaginarnos la molestia si lo visitamos un día que este a full, excelente si quieres socializar y desvelarte con amigos, pero no para dormir hahaha. Y el segundo problema es que no había agua caliente, por mi no me importó pero mi acompañante si estaba bastante molesto y no lo pudieron (o quisieron) resolver.

Antes había estado bien, pero ahora no.
Me he quedado en otras ocaciones aquí, pero está vez no fue buena. Por detalles sencillos como que la habitación no había papel de baño (tuve que bajar a pedir), usualmente la habitación tiene una jarra de agua para servirse del filtro y no había, la habitación tenía café pero no tenía cafetera. Hacía mucho calor en la ciudad y no tenían abanicos disponibles. Tuve que dejar abiertas las persianas para que entrara aire de la pequeña ventana y las luces de los pasillos eran muy fuertes. No pasé una buena noche.
