Clean and confortable. Plenty of space inside. Need to go outside to get to the pool or to the gym. The pool is ok but small and cold. The gym equipment is cheap, almost all broken and is not inviting at all with no treadmill.

The view is breathtaking, the building was built in a way so all condos I believe have a similar view of the Bay/river. The units are super spacious and everything seems brand new. This is a no-brainer to book especially if you want to be in Baie St Paul (it's just a 3min drive), we liked the location as a hub to visit the Charlevoix area (e.g. 2hrs away from Tadoussac). Great job for this development, keep it up (think they're building a second phase)

Great location, great view, the comfort level in the unit could be improve. Very echo and bright lighting. So bright that we were keeping lights off as much as we could... That could be a simple fix!

Family vacation

This place was fine ! There is no reception, so no way to talk to nobody, I had to run around to find someone to give me my code for my condo. I never received my code by email, so I couldn't get in when I arrived. The pool door was never closed, super dangerous with kids. The condo was very nice, but they charge resorts fees, and Im not sure why, there is only a pool and gym and nothing else. The property grounds could invest in activities, like kids playground, or hiking trails or something, because there is absolutely nothing to do on site. My kids ended up playing with sand in the parking lot... at least downtown is close enough. So overall my place was fine, but the lack of person at the reception isn't great at all and lack of activities on site.
