Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work in the room and the bar was mostly closed. The breakfast buffet was okay. The staff were helpful and attentive. Nice that water was given for free in the hot temperatures. The room was all clean and good overall.

Property is clean, location not bad at all; although from the pictures it looks like it’s at the lake and not really. But you can get to the center in 5 minutes by bus (city bus included)and the bus stop it’s 3 minutes walk, or you can walk look at the city, takes 25 minutes to the piazza.

The staff was amazing, we had a few specific requests and there were no issues. The pool was absolutely amazing considering it was +90F outside. We did not have a car, but bus #7 was our travel to the main city and train station. The balcony was a place for us to relax in the evening and morning. The air conditioning was the best we experienced in our trip. We were there for the Moon and Stars festival, and would recommend staying here due to the proximity to the bus station, staff, pool, and air conditioning.

Merci pour ce super séjour! Dès l’accueil, le personnel est gentil et souriant. La chambre était grande et très propre, la salle de bain avait tout ce qu’il fallait (gel douche , shampooing, multiples serviettes…). Jolie vue sur le jardin avec un grand balcon. Nous étions 4 et nous nous sentions suffisamment à l’aise. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, on y a trouvé de tout. Il y avait un parking couvert à l’arrière avec plusieurs places (bon un peu juste pour entrer et sortir: nous avons une tesla et ça passait au cm près !) Et que dire de l’extérieur ? C’était très beau, bien agencé avec une grande piscine, certe pas chauffée, mais bien rafraîchissante après notre trajet et le matin avant de partir. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons dans la région.

Det var rent och fint. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Lite långsam incheckning då vi missat att förinchecka och hamna bakom ett större gäng. Men det vägdes upp av all bra info vi fick samt att det ingick fri transport i hela Ticino med lokaltrafiken! Poolen var också härlig att svalka av sig i.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Kindern im Alter von 3 und 5. Im Hotel hatten wir ein Familienzimmer mit insgesamt 4 Betten nebeneinander zu einem guten Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber etwas ringhörig zur Strasse. Das Frühstück war gut, aber teils etwas wenig Brotauswahl oder zu trockene Croissants. Ansonsten alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz war perfekt auch für ein grosses Auto. Die Poolanlage sah super aus, haben wir jedoch nicht benutzt.

Wir reisen als Familie. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und alles war tip top! Super, dass man den Pool schon nutzen kann da die Terrasse den ganzen Nachmittag sehr sonnig ist. Mit dem kostenlosen Ticino Ticket konnten wir die Gegend super erkunden. Wir fanden alles super am Hotel. Auch das Personal sehr nett!

Wir waren mit einem Baby da. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und beim Frühstück wurde uns ein Babystuhl angeboten. Der Poolbereich ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist praktisch zwischen Locarno und Ascona. Somit ist man zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus flexibel für Ausflüge. Die Zimmer sind recht ringhörig, was uns aber für eine Nacht nicht gestört hat.
