Amenities not as described. Filthy room. No Internet. No cell service: mobile dead-zone.Zero ability for customer service from both the property and Expedia. Both were duly informed within hours of the deficiencies and could only ask me to "wait" three days.
I left after five hours and found new accommodations. The fact that I still receive these rating requests after the hours of chatting with "support" shows that neither 360 Paraiso nor Expedia's customer service is sufficient.
I did not receive what I paid for and will dispute all charges. Book at your own risk.
