Negativo : A limpeza das mesas do café da manhã era muito demorada havendo muitas mesas sujas, nunca tinha colher quando precisava no café e quando pedia a atendente dizia que viria colocar depois invés de entregar logo uma. Na segunda vez insisti para que me entregasse na hora, não havia shampoo no chuveiro. Totalmente vazio, coloquei placa para arrumar o quarto e a noite quando voltei estava do jeito que deixei, o cobertor e o travesseiro estavam fedendo. Consegui trocar ao menos o cobertor. ...
